Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However,  you may return  any undused prooduct. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days after the receipt of the product. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee.  If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn't a result of a Halifax Trading.com  error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
